Is the Flesh Wizard a Freed∞m monster?

I'm not sure if I haven't asked this before (I sure was intending to), but a brief Google search has not brought up any relevant results.

I'm talking about the monster called Flesh Wizard at the Realm667 bestiary:

According to the credits there, the sprite sheet comes from Freed∞m, yet I don't remember this monster even being in any build of the project, and it appears to not be found in the attic (?). @Gez, since the credits mention you as the uploader, perhaps you could shed some light on this? I'm guessing that perhaps this was a contribution to Freed∞m that found no use, so it was repurposed as a custom monster with no project affiliation?

I am aware of this thread where @raymoohawk asks about the "flesh wizard", but apparently at least the reply refers to a completely different set of sprites that comes from the Army of Darkness TC.

The flesh wizard monster came from a defunct WIP mod called Doom-X. It was first uploaded in this thread.

I had seen it in some other mods, and since it was freely floating around and used in mods (don't remember which ones, it was a while ago) but wasn't on the Realm667 repository yet, I decided to put it there.

I don't really remember why I thought the sprites were from Freedoom. Sorry the story is not all that engrossing.

That mod has some nice custom monster art! I think all or at least most of it ended up on Realm667, right?

The Flesh Wizard's design is such that it could quite as well exist in Freed∞m along the old Pain Lord version I guess.

I think the Flesh Wizard could be a really nice Necromancer replacement.  Eerie and spooky.
