Yeah, in my clip I didn’t kill anything, I’ve tried to replicate it but to avail. This was the first of two times it happened to me. My second occurrence was right after the first one after I loaded my game save. That time it happened near the airlock to exit the outside area. Both times revolved around me switching weapons or having the artifact in my hands and then the game lagging. No clue what happened. Maybe the Invulnerability Hunter’s boss room was near the area, and I hit something to trigger the cutscene? I have not a clue.
