Not really console, but gaming service N-GAGE 2.0. I managed to get it to work on my Nokia C5-00 5MP (officially not supported by N-GAGE 2.0). Reset Generation is most fun game i have ever played.

OpenGL games does not use Direct3D, but still need video driver. Just install video driver already.
