Looking for an old Doom 2 map.

I am looking for an old Doom 2 map. I think this was in a megawad, it had water that was made out of a lot of small sections and it was moving to emulate waves, this is a very old wad pack I played ages ago. That is all I know, but I really enjoyed it and I would love to see it again. I hope someone else has played it and remembers it as well.

I think this is MAP15: City Heat (Community Chest 2).
