welcom to the demo forum! that zip doesnt actually work for me :)

Why? do you not have WinRAR?

I shouldnt need winrar for a zip file, because zip files are built into windows since 1998 I believe, and the forum only accepts zips. 

Shall i make it just a file folder then?

should be able to highlight the .LMP and .TXT (notes describing your demo) and right click, compress as zip file straight from windows. 

I did that but no option for compressing as zip file.

You renamed a RAR file with a .zip extension, that's not the same as producing an actual ZIP file. In WinRAR there's an option to choose between RAR and ZIP when you're creating an archive.

I made a new post.

TUTORIAL:

Step 1: Get crispy doom

step 2: make a text document and name it watch.bat

step 3: right click on the bat file you made and click edit.

step 4: copy and paste this into your bat file

crispy-doom -playdemo e1m1uv-fast.lmp

step 5: drag and drop watch.bat into your crispy doom folder

step 6: drag the lmp file into the crispy doom folder

step 7: execute the bat file.

1) don't start two threads for the same topic, just fix/edit the one (merged those)
