   If you're a real DOOMer, try playing this with no cheats... it's hard!! For a little extra help most of the wimpy items are replaced with their more powerful counterpart, i.e. stimpacks changed to medikits, regular armor replaced with mega-armor, etc. You'll need the extra help.
