Yes I did after the modpack is done I will release a resource pack for that demon.Its called the behemoth

Well, the melee attack would be too generic. Doom 3 already has too many melee monsters. Instead, look at his hands. They look like they may secrete poison or acid towards you.

It has enough agile lower tier melee monsters, but a slow "meat shield" with high HP could be useful.

According to this tweet by kenneth Scott  this enemy is early version of  invulnerability hunter from resurrection evil in his invulnerable state.

This creature is used as the BFG version cover art on Steam. It shows a marine firing two guns one in each hand and the creature is hulking behind him. Looks a little different but it has the body and bulbous hands.
