    This package will install 21 new floor graphics into your DOOM.WAD.
   It's intended for use with the add-on episode 2 JCM2.WAD but can be
   used any time you desire wild and crazy floors while you play DOOM.

Installing floors:  Installing the floor tiles DOES modify DOOM.WAD but
                    this can be restored whenever you like.
                      Simply unzip JCMFLOOR.ZIP in your DOOM directory
                    and run NEWFLOOR.BAT ...your original floors will be
                    saved to a directory called "\OLDGRAPH" for later
                    restoration. NEWFLOOR.BAT will also erase all the
                    GIF working files and leave only the 2 .BAT files
                    and DMGRAPH.EXE so it won't clutter up your DOOM dir.

* ALWAYS * be sure and back up your DOOM.WAD * JUST IN CASE *
      ..Of course you can always just re-install from your original DOOM
      disks if need be.  ....you DO have the original disks, don't you?
