the original author, but because of the time I spent on this thing, I think 
I'll give myself some credit too.

GETTING THIS THING TO WORK

-YOU MUST HAVE DEHACKED v2.3+ FOR THIS PATCH TO WORK CORRECTLY
-Put all the files from the zip into your Doom or Doom2 directory  
-Run MYMAC10.BAT --it will create the useable wad file out of MYMAC10.WAD
-Run MAC10.BAT to play Doom2 with the pistol replaced by the Mac10
-If you want to try this thing with Doom 1, you'll have to edit the .bat file
 a little--for brevity I'm not going to explain how to do it
