Doesn't look too bad. However, the MAP12-20 sky doesn't tile totally right, and in practice since it's just the sky and title/interpic screens are changed in practice it doesn't make a whole lot of difference in the appearance of the game. 3/5

"PLUTONIA 2 HIGH RESOLUTION TEXTURES ADD-ON"

DESCRIPTION
----------- 
Pl2hires.wad contains several high resolution textures that 
will replace the low resolution counterparts. This will not 
affect the gameplay, but only enhance the game esthetically.
It will just make the game look a bit better, especially in 
screenshots.

It is made to run with Plutonia and Plutonia 2 (both require
the Plutonia.wad).

HOW TO USE
----------
Load the pl2hires.wad together with Plutonia.wad or PL2.wad
and Plutonia.wad in a Doom related source port that can handle
high resolution textures.

The game will automatically replace the appropriate textures.

This replacement is NOT permanent; Plutonia.wad and PL2.wad 
will NOT be modified. The new textures will simply be loaded
over the originals.

or visit http://www.doomworld.com/idgames/ and search for "Pl2"
(it still requires a legal version of Plutonia.wad though)

The orignal Plutonia cannot be downloaded for free but can be
purchased at http://www.idsoftware.com/ and several other 
places.
